Weekend Crusher is an AI-powered family activity planning service that:

• Discovers local events and activities using AI and web data sources
• Generates personalized weekend schedules based on your family's preferences
• Provides swipe-based activity discovery (The Pivot)
• Offers event exploration with map, list, and calendar views (The Radar)
• Sends weekly schedule emails with curated activity recommendations
• Provides same-day activity suggestions for emergencies (Quick Picks)

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all event information (dates, times, locations, pricing, availability) is current or correct. Events may be cancelled, rescheduled, or modified by their organizers without our knowledge.

You are responsible for independently verifying all event details with the venue or organizer before attending. Weekend Crusher is not liable for any losses, expenses, or inconveniences resulting from inaccurate event information.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. The Service is designed for use by parents and caregivers to plan activities for their families.

5. Subscription Terms

Weekend Crusher offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until your current period expires.

6. No Refunds Policy

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute content generated by the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through community features

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI-generated content, is owned by Weekend Crusher LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

Event information displayed in the Service is sourced from publicly available data and third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of event information created by third-party organizers and venues.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with and relies on the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase - Authentication, data storage, and hosting
• Stripe - Payment processing and subscription management
• Google Gemini AI - Event discovery and content generation
• SendGrid - Email delivery

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Event information will be accurate, complete, or current
• AI-generated recommendations will be suitable for your family
• The results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEEKEND CRUSHER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any inaccuracies in event information or AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct on the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
